A detailed assessment will be completed ascertaining an individuals presentation and history of their pain. Hypnotherapy can help in reducing stress and change thought patterns related to pain. It helps to reduce stress and relax the nervous system to help it become less reactive to pain, managing your perception of pain and improving your quality of life.
