Hypnosis is a natural state of selective, focused attention and your ability to enter this unique state of consciousness opens the door to countless possibilities for healing, self-exploration and change. People often describe hypnosis as a pleasant experience, feeling deeply relaxed and in control.

No, you are in complete control at all times. Your hypnotherapist never has control over your mind. They will guide your journey and will never do anything against your ethical, moral or religious beliefs.

Your first session will involve a discussion about hypnotherapy and what to expect. A detailed case history will identify your goal for treatment with an opportunity to experience hypnosis. You will be given a FREE Self-Hypnosis CD/download to use at home.

Every person is different. People often achieve their goal in 3-6 sessions. However your progress will be reviewed at each hypnotherapy session.

No, stage hypnosis is there to entertain while hypnotherapy’s goal is to facilitate therapeutic healing.

Your initial session will last approximately 1.5 hours. Subsequent sessions will last for approximately one hour. The fee is per session so however long your appointment is, you will not be asked to pay more.

Your sessions are confidential. A letter will be sent to your GP to inform them you are receiving hypnotherapy. I have a professional code of conduct and if at any time I felt that you or others could be at risk I would need to act upon this information.
